~ Pattra's Classes ~

 

Pattra teaches power yoga, a vinyasa, “flow-style” yoga class that infuses traditional practice with a contemporary twist. This class will give you the energy you need to keep up with the hectic pace of today's lifestyles, while enabling you to relax and let go of stress and tension. Designed for strong beginners and intermediate yoga practitioners, this invigorating class helps energize and enliven the body, mind, and spirit.

 

Pattra also teaches other forms of yoga.  She teaches a slow vinyasa yoga class, as well as traditional yoga classes. Although taught without the vinyasa, flow-style quality of power yoga, her traditional yoga classes maintain the invigorating and energizing nature of yoga practice. In Pattra's “slow, but strong” yoga class, students are encouraged to find “work” within the static nature of each posture.

 

Pattra currently teaches at Club Fitness (Affton) in St. Louis, Missouri. Modifications are offered throughout her classes for beginners and/or to honor physical limitations. It is highly recommended that you bring your own yoga mat and, if necessary, yoga props (i.e., straps, blocks, blankets).  Exercise mats are available for those who do not have their own yoga mat.

Power Vinyasa:

Pattra hopes to teach her Power Yoga classes again in the future! Until then, feel free to try any of her other classes!
