I always imagined that if I ever opened my own personal yoga studio, I would name it "Moonheart Yoga Studio."  "Moonheart Yoga” is simply a name I have given to my own personal yoga practice.  I suppose I could have called it “Pattra Yoga” or “Yoga, Pattra-Style.” But I chose “Moonheart Yoga.” My last name is "Chandrakamol.”  It translates as “Moonheart.”  I love it in many ways. Always have. The moon, a symbol of feminine strength and energy. Wisdom. Intuition. The heart, a symbol of love and compassion.

Moonheart Yoga...  The name will serve to remind me of the yoga I practice and teach, as well as the life with which I have been truly blessed.
